To start the year I've been enjoying Edwina's classes and we've been doing some free drawing, then transferring it to stitch.
January has not long to go and apart from an occasional sunny day it's been quite grey.
The treatment has not been to disruptive but yesterday's session got postponed a couple of weeks. I don't mind now as by the end of the second week I start feeling well again and then it's time for another hit.
The good news is that although my hair has thinned I've got most of it left!
My first inspiration is always tulips and with spring not too far away it seems appropriate.
With a couple of simple stamps I printed the tulips on canvas, perfect for the boho bag.
A narrow zig zag in black for the thicker lines and then free machined in the thinner lines.
I also made a lovely new thermofax of a tulip with bulb to print another series of cushions.
